A Reference, Not an Agency

This private site is not tied to any official office. It stores no government records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a document with an agency or court.

Its role is limited to pointing visitors toward Boone County inmate, jail, release, and court resources and connecting them with optional outside research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the service lawfully and without harming people, systems, or other users.

• Do not violate any law while accessing the site.
• Do not stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten another person.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions.

No Consumer Reports or Screening

Boone County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It provides no background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither the site nor its advertising partners supplies screening services. By using the service, you agree not to use its information for:

• Hiring, discipline, or termination decisions.
• Tenant selection or other housing screening.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or government-benefit eligibility.
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Independent Websites and Services

Links may lead to release records, sheriff and corrections pages, government portals, legal-aid resources, and outside search providers. A link is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for another site's content, privacy practices, data handling, or availability. Review its own terms before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that:

• Information is accurate, complete, or current.
• Access will always be continuous.
• The service has no errors, defects, or security weaknesses.
• A partner search will return complete results.

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from a sheriff, corrections agency, court, or other government office.

Limits on Liability
